2019 Vendor Information






The Crystal Classic Vendor Village is open for business from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Friday, November 15 through Monday, November 18, 2019.     The Village is set up around the perimeter of the competition and provides great food, great shopping and information about great services!

  • All RETAIL spaces are 10 x 10 in size and are $550 for 4 days.   Multiple spaces may be purchased by the same vendor.  Fees are payable at the time the application is filled out and submitted for approval. 
  • All FOOD TRAILER spaces are located on the south side of the perimeter and will operate from 10 AM - 5 PM Friday and Monday and 10 AM to 9 PM on Saturday and Sunday.  Power connection is not available.  Please see application for details.  We cannot accept food trucks.
  • Please see the current open spaces on this page below.  By downloading the site map above, the location of open spaces can be determined.  NOTE:  Vendors will not have assistance to leave the beach prior to Monday, November 12th, by order of our permit requirements.
  • All RETAIL vendors are transported out to the sand to occupy their space but must have their own labor on hand to move heavy equipment.
  • Every morning, service to your space to bring out additional inventory will be provided between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM.  After 9:30 AM, you will need to transport your own items on and off the beach by hand since ATV's and other vehicles cannot run during festival hours.  Exception to this rule are food vendors who will service their own trailers.

Vendor set-up is scheduled on Thursday, 11/14/19.   Please watch your email for your scheduled arrival/unload time.  If you do not have a submitted application, you will be unable to unload and enter the vendor area. 

The first 50 vendor spaces will receive 1 reserved parking pass for 1 space (no trailer parking in reserved lot) in the reserved lot and 2 wristbands for the event.  No exceptions will be permitted as reserved space is extremely limited.  Reserved parking will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis as we will not have availability for all vendor vehicles.

Please also note that you MUST HAVE SUBMITTED a signed application in order to participate in this show and PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED.  A reservations process has been implemented for this year, so please submit online with credit card payment.
